How it works?

Step 1 Register

Please register for a membership. Pay refundable security deposit. Member / buyer credentials will be sent to your email address. Now you are ready to login and place a bid on vehicle of your choice.

Step 2 Search and Bid

Login and start search automobile inventory using member / buyer logins and passwords. Select your vehicle and start bidding. You can choose to bid during the preliminary bidding time, the virtual live bidding auction, or both. The highest bid wins.

Step 3 Pay for it

Payments for purchased (won at auction) vehicles are due the next business day after the sale date. Payments for vehicles must be made by Bank wire or cashier check only. Total payment will include the sale price of the vehicle plus applicable auction fees and transaction fee.

Transaction Fee

Our company charges 200 $ transaction fee per vehicle purchased using our service plus 25$ document mail fee, 20 $ International incoming wire fee. (USA banks deduct 20 $ every incoming wire from overseas)

Step 4 Shipping

We arrange your vehicle pick up from designated auction facility and schedule shipping with same day your payment is received. Titles, bill of sales, and loading dock receipt copies will be emailed to cargo receiver. Please use calculator for estimated car cost in Dubai or other destination port.

How to Start

Register with our website.
Login to our website for information on how to pay a refundable security deposit before you start buying cars.
Go to "Invoices" for information about the next step. Here you will also be able to edit your personal information and see your invoices
The simpliest way is to pay via PayPal - just select the PayPal option and press "Pay Now" to be redirected to PayPal.
This is cheap and also adds security for you - a customer can complain to PayPal when a seller does not provide goods or services to get the money back
Enter the amount you want to pay for the security deposit. Please make sure it is not less than $400 and use your PayPal account to pay.
Note: you do not need to have PayPal with the same e-mail address you used for registering with our website - the relevant e-mail will be included in transaction information.
As soon as we receive your security deposit, we will send you your Copart credentials. You will also be able to find them on the "Invoices" page after you log in.

Bid for a car in the auctions

To start bidding, login to Copart car auctions as a member.
To login please use the details we have sent you after you have paid the security deposit.
You can also find the details at your personal information page, as shown above.
Then you can start bidding on cars that you like!
When you find one that you would like to bid on, enter your maximum bid and press "Bid Now". Note: the bid is not placed until you confirm it at the next step.
Please also note that your maximum bid is not necessarily the one you need to pay - it will be the lowest price necessary to outbid others bot not larger than your 'Maximum Bid'.
The bid is actually placed when you confirm it.
It might often happen so that your maximum bid is lower than that of the other bidders, in which case you will see it immediately.
You may also find a car which no one else has bid on yet, in which case you also enter the starting bid as well as your maximum bid.
After confirming your bid, if it is currently the highest one you will see something like this, which means you are currently winning the auction for the car!
Here you can clearly see the difference between the price you would have to pay if nobody else outbids you and your maximum bid - even though you specified $1000 as your maximum bid, current bid is only $150, which you would have to pay if nobody else outbids you!
