Hello. If you need to talk to our agent in Dubai about more details is OK , but for deposit we accept PAY PAL payment only, then we can apply this amount on car you buy invoice or refund back to you. This way we prevent misunderstandings

How i can pay for vehicle if my bid is winning?

Payments for vehicles may be made by bank wire transfer only. No credit cards, cash or checks.

In case i bid and win a car, do you credit my 400 $ deposit toward car invoice? What happen if i did not buy a car?

Yor deposit will be transferred on other car bidding in case you not the winner, or if you decide not to buy we refund you all amount

Does shipping cost includes car insurance?

Insurance is additional. 2,5 % of cargo value. If your car value is for 1000 $ , so it will be 25 $ additional charge before car get load in to Container

I am looking at shipping 3 - 4 cars to Dubai. Based on your web , it appears that shipping 4 cars in a container is probably difficult if not impossible. So, the most you can ship 3 cars only in the container ?

We do professional job on loading. But sometimes we can't load clean ( no accident ) 4 cars in 40 ft container. We have to lift one or 2 cars up in the air and make some wooden frames and secure those car whit metal chains, so that can cost scratches on car wheels if they are aluminum. Car sizes are issues also, but most of cars we are dealing are damaged from auctions already so 4 cars loading no problem for us.

How long is container transit time from United States to United Arab Emirates?

Transit time is different and various depend which loading port was used and of course weather conditions and season of the year . From our New York location to Dubai transit time is 21 - 28 days from Chicago and Savanna loading ports transit time to Dubai is 30 - 35 days from California loading facility 35 - 45 days to Dubai since containers getting loaded.

Why do i need to pay a 400 $ security deposit?

This security deposit protects us if you fail to pay for the vehicle you win at auction, as we are responsible for ensuring payment for awarded vehicles. You loose your security deposit if you win a vehicle and do not pay for it within 7 calendar days of the sale date

What kind of fees are in addition to the winning price?

Our company only charges 200 $ transaction fee per vehicle purchased using our buyer accounts.
Also Copart has standard fees to cover their costs which include a Copart Buyer Fee, Internet Fee 30 $ , and Gate Fee 35 $. These fees are calculated and included on the purchase price of the vehicle. Please use our calculator to understand all fees for the vehicle and check your total cost in UAE

What means storage fee or late payment fee, who pay them?

Payments for the awarded vehicles are due the next business day after the sale date before a $50 late payment fee is charged. The auction also starts charging $20 per day storage fees if the car is not picked up within the first seven days. So, if we receive your payment late, you may need to cover some storage charges.If Customer payment late those fees will be applied on invoice.

How much is recovery from auction and shipping per car?

Please check on domestic transportation price list and use our calculator, because we are shipping cars from four separate loading ports and our shipping service prices not the same. Every car total is different. If you like to buy more then one car, make sure you are looking cars at same loading port area. This way your cars arrives together.
